Lil' Flyers Preschool Program

BGC’s Lil’ Flyers Program focuses on motor skills, coordination, listening, following directions, strength and most of all, getting out all of the extra energy that little kids have! Most children’s sports do not start before five years old. Gymnastics will give them a great foundation for any sport they pursue. This is done using the boys and girls gymnastics equipment, foam pit, ropes, games and trampoline.

 

Co-Pilots – 18 months to 3 year olds – Co-ed
A parent participation class where you and your lil’ one get to learn and explore in the gym together with one of our fabulous coaches.
Pre-requisites: None
Class Length: 45 minutes, 1 day per week

 

Mini-Flyers – 2 1/2 to 3 years – Co-ed
A transitional class – from parent participation to ‘on their own.’ This class begins the session as a parent participation class and it’s goal is to help transition the kids to a class on their own by the end of the session.
Pre-requisites: None
Class Length: 45 minutes, 1 day per week

 

Flyers – 3 years old – Co-ed
A gymnastics and social development class for 3 year olds.  This class is for children to go on their own without a parent to learn.   
Pre-requisites: None
Class Length: 45 minutes, 1 or 2 days per week

 

Super Flyers – 4 and 5 years old – Girls
A preschool gymnastics class for 4 and 5 year old girls where they’ll learn basic gymnastics shapes and skills.
Pre-requisites: None
Class Length: 45 minutes, 1 or 2 days per week

 

Jets – 4 and 5 years old – Boys
A class where 4 and 5 year old boys learn basic gymnastics skills as well as work on strength, power, speed and focus that will help with overall development.
Pre-requisites: None
Class Length: 45 minutes, 1 or 2 days per week

 

Co-Ed 4/5’s – 4 and 5 years old – Co-Ed
A class similar to Super Flyers and Jets, but a Co-Ed version.
Pre-requisites: None
Class Length: 45 minutes, 1 or 2 days per week

 

Advanced Super Flyers – 4 and 5 years old – Girls
An invitation only class for 4 & 5 year old girls who excel in their listening, strength, flexibility and skills.
Pre-requisites: Invitation from Super Flyers or Co-Ed 4/5’s

Class Length: 1 hour, 1 or 2 days per week
