Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Team

BGC competes in the USAG Xcel Team program geared towards high school gymnastics. We have had many of our Xcel athletes go on to successful high school gymnastics careers being a part of 1st Place HS Teams as well as placing at State in the All-Around and in individual event awards. We have also had multi-sport athletes who have gone on to receive collegiate scholarships in Swim & Dive, Pole Vaulting & Cheer. We provide a program that allows competitive gymnasts to not only be on the Xcel Team, but participate in other sports as well with workout hours between 6-9 hours per week. The BGC Xcel Teams have been successful in competitions at the local, State & Regional level and even more exciting than that, our athletes have fun and are great teammates.
