Additional siblings with the lowest priced tuition receive a 10% discount.

Make-up Policy:

BGC does not offer make-ups for missed school-aged, recreational classes.

BGC can accommodate 2 make-ups for students in our preschool program during Preschool Playtime.  

Make-ups for our youngest athletes are available on a space available and reservation basis and can be booked through the front desk. 

School-Year Preschool Playtime Schedule (September-June): Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays 1130am-1230pm 

Summer Preschool Playtime Schedule (July-August): Fridays 9-10am

Risk-Free Trial Policy:

BGC offers 1 risk-free trial to each new child wishing to try a class before committing.  Trials can only be scheduled through the front desk up to one week prior to the class being requested.  Your child’s spot is saved in their trial class through the end of the day on your trial class date.  If you wish to enroll after your trial class, please visit the front desk upon completion of your class to finalize the enrollment process.  Your child will be charged starting with that first trial class.  If your child attends their trial class and finds it’s not a good fit at this time, you will not be charged.  Please note that if you do not confirm enrollment in your trial class by the end of your trial class day, your spot may be taken by another student. 

Transfers, Refunds and Credits:

We will happily transfer your child to another appropriate class in the middle of a session provided there is space. However, we do encourage everyone to stay in their current class and transfer between sessions whenever possible.

BGC does not offer refunds. As part of what we teach in our program, we encourage children and families to fulfill commitments. Credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY CLASS OR FUNCTION AT BGC, EACH PARTICIPANT (AND CARE-GIVER IF GOING ON THE FLOOR) MUST HAVE A COMPLETED WAIVER FORM ON FILE (AS WELL AS VALID HEALTH INSURANCE).
