School-Year Make-Up Policy: Please note that BGC no longer offers make-up classes for school-aged, recreational gymnasts.

How to Enroll:

Sunday, August 21st – Email Transfer Day

No spots are saved during our Transfer enrollment period. We will take requests starting at 8:00am only through email at: info@bothellgymnasticsclub.com. If any email requests are received before 8:00am, we will process them once our queue has cleared. Please email your student’s full name, the name of the class you’d like to register for and give 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for your desired class schedule in case the class has filled by the time we process your request. You will receive an emailed enrollment confirmation when your request has been processed, then you will have 24 hours to pay your balance to save your spot. If you do not pay within the 24-hour window, you will be automatically unenrolled.

Monday, August 22nd – Saturday, August 27th – Email Transfer Week Continues

All enrollment information from above is the same. No spots are saved during Transfer week. Online enrollment is not available during this week. The enrollment options during the rest of this week are through EMAIL ONLY and our voicemail will be disabled to process all requests on a first emailed, first served basis.

Monday, August 29th – Open Enrollment
Enrollment is open to all families on a space-available basis. The easiest way to enroll is online. You may also email or call to enroll.

Please note that BGC will be closed for summer break June 28th-July 10th. While we will check email periodically, enrolling online is the easiest way to enroll during this time.

Please refer to our class descriptions to find the most appropriate class for your child.
